Étude de la dynamique du mouvement social urbain chilien : " pouvoir populaire " et Cordons industriels durant le gouvernement de Salvador Allende (1970-73) "

The Chilean experience of Popular unity (1970-1973) remains a major sociopolitical process of the history of the twentieth century. The held objective of this thesis is to analyze what is at the base of the social network and particularly what was labelled by the Chilean left as "popular power". This work is centred on the urban social movement. Initially, this approach presents the epistemological concerns of such a subject. The second part is devoted to the initiatives taken by the Allende government in favour of worker participation and to their limits. The third part analyzes the genesis of the industrial belts. Lastly, we seek to establish a presentation of the general structuring of the organizations of "popular power". Ultimately, it is a question of profoundly renewing our vision of these thousand days and especially of questioning the contradictory relations which are formed, during such times, between the area of social movement and the political and official fields.L'expérience chilienne de l'Unité populaire (1970-1973) reste un processus sociopolitique majeur de l'histoire du vingtième siècle. L'objectif assumé de cette thèse est d'analyser ce qui se trame à la base du tissu social et particulièrement ce qui a été dénommé par la gauche chilienne comme le " pouvoir populaire ". Ce travail est centré sur le mouvement ouvrier et social urbain. Dans un premier temps, cette approche présente les enjeux épistémologiques d'un tel sujet. La deuxième partie est consacrée aux initiatives prises par le gouvernement Allende en faveur de la participation des salariés et à leurs limites. La troisième partie analyse la genèse des Cordons industriels. Enfin, on cherche à établir une présentation de la structuration des organismes du " pouvoir populaire ". En définitive, il s'agit de renouveler profondément notre vision de ces mille jours et d'interroger les relations contradictoires qui se nouent entre l'espace des mouvements sociaux et le champ politique
